The Experience

Thursday, April 23
Arrival

Arrival at Nemacolin begins with check-in to a three-night suite at The Grand Lodge. Expert butlers are available throughout the weekend, offering attentive service and thoughtful personalization.

Following arrival, premium transportation escorts guests to Pittsburgh’s North Shore. The evening continues aboard the city’s famed riverboat for a private soirée along the Allegheny River. Cocktails and dinner are enjoyed alongside former and current football players. The experience is elevated through intimate conversation and firsthand stories shared in a setting designed for connection and celebration.

Friday, April 24
Discovery & Legacy

Guests who arrived Thursday may choose to spend the day exploring Nemacolin's 2,200 acres or return to Pittsburgh to experience the energy of the festivities throughout the city.

Those remaining on property, or arriving Friday, are invited to curate a personalized day of indulgence. Options include spa experiences, guided Jeep off-roading, or immersive art and creative offerings found throughout the resort.

As evening approaches, guests gather for a rare storytelling experience featuring Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw and Jerome "The Bus" Bettis. The legendary Immaculate Reception is brought to life through personal reflection and insight, joined by fellow Hall of Fame notables. The evening is paired with a dinner created exclusively for this experience, thoughtfully designed to complement the narrative and the moment.

Saturday, April 25
Legends in Play

Saturday morning transitions from touchdowns to birdies on Nemacolin’s Pete Dye–designed golf course. Guests play alongside former and current football players like Brett Keisel, Rod Woodson, Pat Freiermuth, Alex Highsmith, and Levon Kirkland. Guests will experience additional curated moments and surprises woven throughout the round.

Additional experiences are available for those seeking a different pace, including a pickleball tournament hosted by Terrell Owens, a custom jewelry pop-up at The Chateau, and luxury wellness offerings designed for rest and renewal.

As night falls, the weekend culminates at The Peak, where guests enjoy an evening under the stars featuring a live performance by Wiz Khalifa in a spirited, celebratory setting.

Departure

Before departure, guests may enjoy a final bite at Hardy's Post Game Huddle at Reflections, concluding the weekend with one last moment of connection.

A 25 percent deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. While deposits are non-refundable, they may be applied toward a future 2026 stay.

Proceeds from the Immaculate Reception Weekend will benefit the Fisher House Foundation, a charity aligned with the mission of Maggie Hardy, Nemacolin, and 84 Lumber. Fisher House builds comfort homes at military and VA medical centers where military and veteran families can stay free of charge while a loved one receives medical care.

Each Fisher House offers private suites and shared living spaces, creating a true home away from home. Supporting this mission is a meaningful way to honor the veteran community and ensure no family faces a medical journey alone.
